| Made entirely of Semillon grapes using the charmat tank fermentation method, the juice was cold fermented and kept in stainless steel storage to retain maximum fruit flavours.
Medium to full yellow green, with fine to medium bead.
This Semillon has an highly aromatic bouquet with citrus and lime overtones.
