| This sweet red wine is a blend of 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 40 % Merlot and 10 % Cabernet Franc. Medium bodied, sweet blackberry fruit. This is a soft, sweet, very tempting wine. Delicious with winter fruit pudding or summer flan - also a terrific aperitif. Residual sugar 30gm/L. Screwcap. Serve chilled!

| The dark fruitcake characters of the Late Harvest Fortified Shiraz have been developed through significant berry shrivel resulting in acid reduction and sugar build up. The berries were open fermented until the desired level of residual sugar was reached.
