	Fine cool climate Pinot Noir produced from estate grown fruit, sourced from the vineyards in the Pipers Brook and Tamar Valley regions of Northern Tasmania. The aim for this wine is to produce a Pinot Noir with strinking aromas and a soft, lush generous palate that is intensely perfumed, rich and savoury with cherry and raspberry fruits all supported by fine velvet tannins. Pipers Brook achieves this style using open vat fermentation techniques, then ageing in French oak barrels for up to 12 month. Screwcap.
