	The wine has intense, fresh aromatics of jasmine flowers, bath salts and sauteed lemon with a touch of spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant full of lemon meringue characters with a sweet and refreshing finish. Although the wine is obviously sweet, it has crisp acidity that keeps the palate lovely and fresh. This is a wine to be enjoyed well chilled. Will cellar for many years and develop layers of honey and toast. Residual sugar 35,7 g/L. Screwcap. Enjoy with a fruit platter, cheese board or spicy asian foods.
