Churchview Estate 2009 Unwooded Chardonnay

Intensity of aroma and intensity of flavour is what describes this wine. Aromas of white peaches, nectarines, orange blossom, citrus and ripe melons fll the glass. The palate has a wonderful fruit richness driven by the abundance of ripe fruits, whilst still showing finesse and drive due to the fine natural acidity. This is a wine that displays layers of ripe fruits, lovely crisp acidity and a long dry finish. An excellent example of Margaret River unwooded Chardonnay. Enjoy with smoked salmon placed on mascarpone cheese.
