	The winery apply Reserve status to small parcels of wine sourced from some of the finest vineyards. Fruit from the 2004 vintage has come mainly from the north facing slope of the J block vineyard at Pipers Brook. Fermented in open vats and macerated on skins for up to 25 days, the wine was then aged in french oak barrels for 14 months prior to bottling and displays concentrated cherry and berry fruit flavours supported by velvety tannins and a dry, savoury finish. Natural cork.
