	This wine is produced from Estate grown Pinot Noir fruit sourced from the vineyards in the Pipers Brook and Tamar Valley regions of Northern Tasmania. The aim is to produce a complex style using open vat fermenters and ageing in french oak barrels for up to 12 month before bottling. The 2005 vintage is intensely perfumed with a palate of cherry and raspberry fruit supported by a firm tannin backbone that leads to a dry, savoury finish. Natural cork.
