Willow Bridge Estate 2010 Sauvignon Blanc - Semillon

From the beautiful hillside vineyards in Western Australia´s Ferguson Valley comes this quintessential blend of Sauvignon Blanc (58 %) and Semillon (42 %) in the style synonymous with the Southwest. It has been made to preserve and highlight the intensity of fresh tropical and citrus fruits and fraqrant herbs that are the regional signatures of these varieties. A small portion of barrel fermentation adds a further aromatic complexity and builds some creamy texture into the palate. The palate shows super fresh sweet tropical fruits dominate the flavours of Lychee and green mango. Refreshing with a twist of citrussy acidity on the finish.
