Churchview Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

Cabernet Sauvignon from a wonderful vintage produces aromas of black currents, plums, chocolate, hints of eucalyptus and integrated vanilla oak. The many layers of this aroma reveal themselves after careful decanting. The palate is rich and intense with dark fruits, mocha and integrated oak carrying the wine.
