	This Sauvignon Blanc is grown on a range of red sandy soils over limestone. Carefully controlled irrigation of these individual sites allows optimal fruit flavour to develop. A percentage of the fruit was fermented using indigenous yeast on full solids which provides added mid-palate complexity. br> This Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of gooseberry and fresh cut pineapple with herbacous nettle notes. The palate displays a lively citrus clarity and bright tropical notes and allure of passionfruit. Screwcap.
