	The Y-Series salutes the proud history of viticulture and winemaking in South Australia. The Shiraz-Viognier decipts the horse, a symbol of the past when they were the transport and tractor of Yalumba. This wine has a exotic nose with crushed raspberries, violets and Turkish delight, complemented by cinnamon, tea smoke and nuances of allspice. Succulent and layered, the palate has flavours of raspberrie and violets. Cocoa powder tannins balances the juiciness of the palate and enhance the lingering finish. Screwcap.
