St. Johns is Margaret River Churchview Estates best range for the wine enthusiast. Rare, unique and interesting wines meticulously handcrafted and blended to reflect the heritage of each varietal. The blends will only be produced when the team at Churchview deem them capable of matching the worlds best. This is the first release of a Chenin Blanc Vintage Brut. 18 month on lees in bottle. Traditional method. Only 2000 bottles have been produced.
Pale colour; green apple and lanolin bouquet, showing freshness and chalky acidity on the palate. Very dry, zesty and lively, a good example of the variety as sparkling.
