Bimbadgen Ridge Sparkling Semillon - Hunter Valley, NSW

Made entirely of Semillon grapes using the charmant tank fermentation method, the juice was cold fermented and kept in stainless steel storage to retain maximum fruit flavours. Medium to full yellow green, with fine to medium bead. This Semillon has an highly aromatic bouquet with citrus and lime overtones. The palate is elegant with plenty of tangy fruit flavours and some richness from the small amount of residual sweetness retained in wine after the secondary fermentation process.
