Further complexities such as toffee, toast and vanilla bean provide an interesting juxtaposition to the youthful vibrancy of the fruit.
Elegant and fresh as daisy, this wine has an intensely flavoured palate with complex fruit salad flavours and subtle oak overtones. The acid backbone is fine and lingering, creating an impression of lightness, not expected in this wine style.
