Churchview - Silverleaf 2009 Rosé

The Silverleaf Rosé appears bright rose petal pink in colour. It has intense aromas of strawberries and tropical fruits, with a delicate foral background. This mouth filling wine is very fresh, with strawberries, orange blossom and lychees filling the pallet. This is a blend from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel.
The fine acidity drives the moderate sweetness of the wine (10g/L.), leaving a dry finish. This wine will match a range of dishes, including spicy Asian cuisine. Enjoy this wine well chilled as a lunchtime refreshment or as an aperitif in the evening. Screwcap.
