	Distincly Tasmanian. A classic blend from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Cool, cool climate shows pale straw-green colour, good mousse. Extremely fine, delicate strawberry notes of the Pinot Noir come through quite strongly. Good length and balance. Aromas from fresh brioche, toast and mushrooms.
