Description
Vixen Sparkling Shiraz, an Australian speciality that even surprised Robert Parker! It's an unusual aperitif in the glass, presenting itself with a dark colour and fine mousse, followed by beautiful aromas of ripe berry fruit and black currant. The finish of the Vixen (female fox) is intense with flavours of chocolate and cassis. Although the sparkling is made in a dry style, he displays a subtle residual sweetness. A new experience to drink Shiraz cold. Now with a new label. Natural cork.
Vixen Sparkling Shiraz is a blend of 52% Shiraz, 34% Cabernet Franc, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon.
