This is a rare speciality from Churchview Estate in Margaret River. Botrytised grapes were handpicked at maximum sugar levels. A short cold fermentation has created a sweet dessert style wine with intense aromas and flavours. A wonderful floral bouquet of limes, marmelade, grapefruit, apricots and a hint of vanilla. The palate displays superb integration of fresh and lively acidity, balanced with a concentrated sweetness. This wine is a delight for the senses and is an excellent partner with desserts, fruits and nuts. Serve cold. Screwcap.
